Returns & Refund

At KTG Innovations & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as Kan's Technologies), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every IT solutions and services we offer. This does not include the partnership products or solutions.

Returns

Kan's Technologies offers returns on IT solutions and services within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the IT solution or service must be unused and in the same condition as received. Customers must provide proof of purchase or a valid order number when requesting a return.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's original method of payment within 14 days. Refunds are subject to deduction of any applicable processing fees, taxes, or charges.

Exchanges

Kan's Technologies does not offer exchanges for IT solutions or services. Customers may request a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order for IT solutions or services within 7 days of purchase, provided that the service has not been initiated or the solution has not been delivered.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain IT services or solutions may be non-refundable once delivered or initiated, such as customized software development or consultancy services. Any such exceptions will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase. All fixed and monthly services provided by Kan's Technologies are non-refundable and ineligible for returns & refunds.

Contractual Agreement

In cases where a contract has been signed between Kan's Technologies and the customer, the terms of refund and returns specified in the contract shall prevail over the general policy outlined here.

Return and Refund Policy for Healthcare IT Software Solutions provided by KTG Innovations & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. referred as Kan's Technologies In partnership with Ezovion Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Access and Usage

a. Trial Period: - Some Clients may have the option to explore a trial version or request a demonstration before committing to a subscription. 

b. Full Access: - Upon subscription and the full payment made to KTG Innovations & Solutions Pvt. Ltd., clients gain access to the purchased product of healthcare IT software solutions provided by KTG Innovations & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in partnership with Ezovion Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

2. Subscription Cancellation: 

a. Cancellation Window: - Subscribers may cancel their subscription within 7 days of the initial subscription date for a refund of 100%. 

b. Refund: - After the cancellation window, no refunds will be processed.

3. Technical Issues and Defects: 

a. Reporting Issues: - Clients are encouraged to promptly report any technical issues or defects encountered while using the software to Phone: +91 966-202-9991 or email us at: support@kanstechsglobal.com

b. Resolution Attempts: - KTG Innovations & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Ezovion Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to resolve reported issues and provide technical support.

4. Refund Eligibility: 

a. Defective Software: - KTG Innovations & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Ezovion Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to resolve reported issues and provide technical support and resolve the defects in the software as soon as possible. 

b. Non-Usage Refund: - If a client has not accessed or utilized the software, a 100% refund may be considered within [7] days of the subscription start date.

5. Refund Request Process: 

a. Submission: - Subscribers must submit a refund request detailing the specific issues faced and attempts made to resolve them to support@kanstechsglobal.com

b. Verification: - KTG Innovations & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Ezovion Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will conduct a thorough verification process to assess the validity of the refund request. 

c. Refund Decision: - Upon successful verification, subscribers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items: 

a. Customizations: - Any additional customizations requested by the subscriber are non-refundable. 

b. Services: - Services provided in conjunction with the software subscription are non-refundable.

c. Service Charges: - In any case, service charges charged by KTG Innovations & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be refunded.
